Our Story
SaeNa discovered Reiki as she set upon a journey of self discovery. Having mastered much of the material world, SaeNa realized that there was much more to life than wordly possessions. Her journey led her to Reiki, in hopes of discovering more about her life long sensitivity to others energy and as a means of grounding her own energy.

Reiki, along with medication and sound healing, has provided the stillness,mental clarity and grounding that SaeNa has yearned for.

Having shared her love and innate ability for energy healing and chakra balancing with family and close friends, SaeNa is now ready to share that healing with the collective. We look forward to working as a channel to aid you in meeting your energetic needs. - S
Our Approach
Ground & Healing Reiki utilizes a combination of the traditional Usui method in addition to western reiki methods introduced by Takata.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality used to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy on physical, mental, and spiritual levels.

Reiki is a collaborative practice, as the practitioner utilizes the Universal Life Force Energy, the energy that surrounds us all. The practitioner merely channels this healing energy and in turn receives benefits as well.
​
In addition to the traditional Reiki methods, Ground & Healing Reiki is also trained in and can provide vibrational healing with crystals, if the client is open to their usage and the practitioner is intuitively called to do so. The addition of crystals to the reiki session provides additional vibrational healng that often includes: grounding, shifting energy, transmititng energy, receiving, stabilizing, cleansing, magnifying, ampliflying, and sounding.

Reiki does not require faith or religious beliefs to be effective. Therefore, you need not subscribe to any particular belief system in order to give or receive reiki.
